At EASI, we feel like it was yesterday that Cloud2be was released. In fact, this happened 4 years ago already.
This means that it's time for us to make an appraisal of this product we’ve launched with a lot of confidence. At the very beginning of EASI, we were already active in the cloud market - at that time, we called it "hosting" or "housing" services - , but not as one of our core businesses and far from what we propose today in terms of services and infrastructure.
For those who do not know, the name Cloud2be is more than a reference to the famous quote “the place to be”. We chose this name mainly to bring Belgium under the spotlight. It is very important to us that our cloud is located in our own country and it’s also important for most of our clients. It brings security and a human aspect to this quite abstract concept for many people.
Facts and figures
As we recently made our third satisfaction survey, let’s take a look at the results.
First of all, to the sentence “I am satisfied about the cloud computing solution offered by Cloud2be", 86% answered in a positive way. This satisfaction rate has never been higher and is growing year after year: +9% since 2014. What a great birthday gift!
More generally, the professionalism of the commercial follow-up, the efficiency of the interventions and the way we communicate about the solutions is very well appreciated by more than 80% of our customers.
The following aspect may also have something to do with their satisfaction : while we have a contractual commitment to reach 99,75% of uptime; we reached an availability of 99,98% of the Cloud2be infrastructure during the past 24 months. With such a service, we get the confidence of more than 150 companies, which means more than 1.000 end users.
All these facts and figures reinforce the confidence we have in our solution and bring us always more motivation to keep on satisfying our clients.
