We have recently noticed that the new Microsoft Windows 10 update triggers a critical anomaly in EASI Financials/Adfinity.
The new version makes it impossible to print documents from EASI Financials/Adfinity.
The Windows update in question is for Windows 10 Creator 1703, released on 11/04/2017.
Our development team has investigated this anomaly and put a patch in place for all versions 5 of EASI Financials.
If one of your users has a computer that has installed this Windows update, we recommend installing the patch, regardless of which version you are using.
What to do if you are affected
- Download the zip file from the English FAQ section on our extranet (my.easi.net): the document is called "Troubleshooting PDF (wd170prn.dll)"
- Extract the file called "wd170prn.dll" and copy it into the "900_Maj Exe" folder on the server.
- Close EASI Financials / Adfinity. If you cannot copy the file to the server, you can replace it in your EASI Financials installation folder on your computer locally.
- Open EASI / AdFinity again
