After the announcement last April of the arrival of Adfinity, opus 6 of our business management software, it is with great pleasure that we announce the expansion of the Adfinity family with the arrival of 16 new consultants on 18 September.
These new members of staff bring the team up to 80 people made up of 15 engineers who develop and maintain Adfinity, 9 sales representative who will introduce it onto the market and 56 consultants who will implement the solution with our customers.
These 16 new recruits will strengthen the team that is setting up Adfinity at customer sites. We have been chasing time for five years now, with more projects every year than the last and a greater volume of service due to functionalities which keep on increasing. We had to make a point through a stronger commitment. And this has been done.
In order to make it easier to integrate our new consultants, we have built a complete and intensive course over 3 months, called “Adfinity School”. We have also set up internal certification on Adfinity. Only our consultants who have completed certification can put the solution in place independently at customer sites. This represents a significant investment enabling quality and our customers’ satisfaction to be improved.
Apart from a course and certification, at present we have 1 trainer who is full-time and dedicated to in-house training and a group of experts who have more than 10 years of experience. They will play the role of coach at different levels and will be at the service of all the team’s consultants to develop their skills as quickly as possible. Two additional managers from EASI School will also mean that the team’s structure will be strengthened and its dynamics will be carried forward.
Even if an initial cap of 80% of satisfaction has been reached this year, this remodelling of the team shall will allow us to give even better service and advise our customers day-to-day and improve the quality of what is already in place even further.
We are looking forward to be able to put our new consultants to work and report that they provide all the added value expected by our customers.
