Would it be faster, easier, more attractive? Of course I'm not talking about the latest iPhone. I am talking about the latest version of our accounting software : **Adfinity**. After almost two months of daily use, it's time for me to deliver my first impressions. First of all, let's talk about the 'look and feel' and user-friendly side of Adfinity. Everything has been thought to make the accountant's life easier with the **new welcome screen**. You'll be able to find directly the book you're looking for. For example, let's generate a sell-invoice. Before Adfinity, you had to go through a lot of windows to finally make the invoice. Now, one click is enough. Some of you could find it a light improvement but trust me, when you have to do it daily, it is a real time-saver. What's for me **THE** biggest **improvement** with Adfinity ? The **tabs** of course. They were made to simplify our work. We all know men are not able to do 2 things at a time... The tabs allows us to juggle between different tasks without shutting any windows. It's very useful when I am encoding invoices and one of my colleagues ask me information about a customer of a provider. I simply open another tab to give the answer and then go back to my task. Finally, the **intelligent shortcut** is another revolution. When a customer calls you to ask information about an invoice, you only have to encode the invoice number to get all the information you need.
