Today, after 9 months of hard work, EASI is proud to present its new solution: Adfinity Real Estate.
The objective is to provide an efficient and 100% integrated real estate management tool with an accounting tool.
We started from the observation that the Belgian market offers only separate solutions: on the one hand accounting, on the other hand property management. These two worlds are so close, why don't we gather them together in a unique tool that reconciles the peculiarities of these two worlds?
From this observation was born Adfinity Real Estate.
Here are some modules in the solution:
- Management of repositories (buildings, keys, tenants, leases, ...)
- Management of quotas and attendance (+ vacant rental and preferential treatment)
- Automatic invoicing of leases (indexed) and other recurring invoices
- Load distribution
- Re-charging of charges (privative and common)

- Expense / product spreading

Our first client, a RREI company, will start in October 2017.
Other companies will expand this new family in January 2018.
