Our new minor update is available! We're talking about version 5.10. No less than 43 new features and improvements have been included. Hereunder, I will describe my top 3.
1. Printing the annual accounts in the standard format of the National Bank of Belgium
Most of our customers printed their annual accounts by using the standard export from Adfinity, starting from Accon/Sofista. From now on, the balance and year results can be printed directly in the standard format of the National Bank of Belgium.
Practically, it's enough to start the program, filling in some criteria, and then you get the following result:
2. The interactive balance : even more possibilities
The interactive balance allows to generate reports, where two periods are compared to each other. The users can choose how to sort the data in this report. They are thus able to determine the lay-out of the report themselves!
Thanks to the large amount of filters, they can choose what they see, but also how they see it. Some examples of these filters: the general accounts, the analytical axis, the fixed assets, etc. On top of all that, we added a new filter which allows to realize groupings per general account, department, file, project or entity.
3. Tips & Tricks
From now on, the end users get tips & tricks that appear in pop-ups while working in our accounting application. These tips will allow them to discover our new features faster!
