Dashboard Demat: A redesigned interface for greater clarity and fluidity

The Demat Dashboard now includes several enhancements that make your processes even more transparent and tailored to your needs.

⭐Automatic flow

By hovering over the reliability score (stars), you can instantly see which automatic flow was used. This allows you to identify the exact flow that processed the document, ensuring greater transparency and a better understanding of your process automation.

💬 Comment transfer

It is now possible to automatically carry over comments from a pre-entry in the Dashboard when transferring to accounting. Notes and exchanges now follow each document throughout its lifecycle, ensuring better traceability and stronger collaboration between users.

 
🧾 Invoice or approval summary display

Customize your approval experience from the Dashboard according to your preferences:

• Choose whether an approval summary* should be generated when approvals are triggered.
• Define the display order between the invoice and the summary.

Each approver can adapt their approval experience as they wish: display the summary before the invoice… or the other way around!
