EASI continues to build on its cloud offering with the acquisition of ICT Architect.

EASI and ICT Architect have decided to join forces. The services of ICT Architect will be fully integrated within EASI. The acquisition fits perfectly in the strategy to further expand EASI's cloud activities. On the other hand, ICT Architect can serve its customers even better, with a broader portfolio of services.

Strengthen cloud offering

"After more than 10 years of close cooperation with our clients, the time has come for me to prepare ICT Architect for the next chapter," says Gunther De Vleeschouwer, former director of ICT Architect.

Thomas Van Eeckhout, CEO of EASI explains. "ICT Architect specialises in complex telecommunication projects for customers such as Skeyes, SES and Continental. This niche knowledge is particularly valuable to us. Data connectivity is crucial for any company today, the evolution towards cloud computing has only reinforced this importance. Yet this aspect is neglected in too many cases, due to the high degree of complexity. Thanks to this new expertise, EASI can now position itself as an expert and proactively link the best telecom design for each customer to the best conditions".

Integration

"The employees of ICT Architect will be integrated in the EASI teams," says Thomas Van Eeckhout. "Their office will be moved to our headquarters in Leuven, where we hope to be able to give them a warm welcome soon. The Luxembourg office will be consolidated within EASI's Luxembourg offices".

"I am convinced that EASI is the right partner for ICT Architect," concludes Gunther De Vleeschouwer. "We share a similar DNA in which the focus on customer satisfaction, ownership, positive attitude and a pleasant working environment are crucial".

Focus on the customer

ICT Architect has about 100 international clients. "Continuity is an important part of the transaction," says Gunther De Vleeschouwer. "One of the characteristics we have in common with EASI is the fact that we want to serve our customers as well as possible. The first focus is to guarantee that continuity of service towards our customers".

Pursuing growth

In this difficult period, EASI continues to look to the future with a positive outlook. It is not adjusting its expectations for the current year, and with this takeover it underlines its ambition to double the number of employees by 2025.
