Strengthened collaboration
Do you know the history behind this logo? Underside, does! EASI and Underside, it's a long-standing thing. This new logo was made with them a few years ago...
Today, it is therefore quite naturally that we want to take this partnership a step further and are delighted to officially join forces with them by taking a 23% stake in their capital.
We believe strongly in this collaboration, especially since Underside shares the same values as EASI.
Expertise and support
In practice, what are the benefits of this partnership?
Underside is interested in collaborating with EASI both for our expertise and for the company's spirit and organisation, our way of working (employee-shareholder, participative management,...).
In addition, EASI will provide financial and commercial support while Underside will enrich our digital expertise and mastery of the Apple world.
In complete autonomy
This investment is in line with our desire to be economically active in the IT world, in particular through our EASI Jump program.
EASI has acquired a stake in Underside, but we want them to retain their management autonomy and their DNA, which is currently their strength.
At EASI, Jean-Michel Block will be in charge of monitoring the partnership and the synergies to be implemented.
