EASI has achieved Platinum status in IBM’s new PartnerWorld program redesigned for the cognitive era. Earning the highest tier within the PartnerWorld program, Platinum Business Partners consistently demonstrate proven capabilities and expertise in IBM technologies to help their clients succeed in their digital transformation.
“We couldn’t be more proud with EASI being one out of only 3 partners in Belgium to achieve this top-level status,” said Thomas Van Eeckhout, Managing Partner at EASI. “Being recognized with IBM as the top-level Platinum status is an honour and shows our continued dedication to high customer satisfaction and commitment to continued technical excellence. Our long-standing partnership with IBM and almost 20 years of industry experience, enables us to design and implement solutions that are best for the customer’s unique needs all while helping them unleash the business value of their IT investment.”
IBM added the Platinum designation as part of the newly redesigned PartnerWorld program, which the company announced last February at the PartnerWorld Leadership Conference. The new, four-tiered PartnerWorld program moves IBM and its Business Partners from a product-centric model to one focused on competencies, customer satisfaction and revenue. The Platinum level is designed to recognize partners that consistently deliver the highest level of excellence. Organizations achieve the Platinum level by earning at least two competencies (one at the Expert level), attaining significant sales success, demonstrating client satisfaction and verifying two client references.
EASI has obtained Specialist Status in Systems and Storage, combined with Expert Status in Collaboration solutions. The requirement of 2 client references was overachieved as well as the sales success requirements. Close to the deadline, also the customer satisfaction requirement was met, which made EASI the 3rd IBM Platinum Partner in Belgium.
"I would like to thank EASI for their commitment to IBM and we are looking forward to provide our continuous support to EASI in selling our infrastructure and collaboration solutions. Knowing that these solutions run on most recent IBM products makes me even more enthusiast about our partnership.”, adds Monique Coebergh, Director IBM Global Business Partner Organisation IBM BeNeLux.
