An important contract has been settled between CHC and EASI for the 'Adfinity' software implementation. We had to be patient : the first contacts between EASI and the Hospital started in 2008.
EASI's strenghts
This historic contract strengthens EASI's presence in the hospital sector. The hospital world shows a new interest for the implementation of integrated management tools between accounting and logistics services. The number of ongoing projects is therefore quite revealing. The presence of larger groups as a result of many hospitals merges confirms the need to equip the logistic and financial teams with highly qualitative solutions.
Few actors play on this field. A few well known big ERP sellers are active, but these solutions are often oversized (in all aspects) or not adapted to the sector. Adfinity is a well-known software in the hospitals world. Many developments have been made in order to meet the legal particularities of the sector. With more than 1,200 days of developments in 2016, the evolutionary aspect of our solutions is crucial.
The functional aspect, combined with a its user-friendliness and flexibilty distinguish Adfinity from other management softwares.

More than 1200 users
The CHC employs 4,000 people and represents 6 clinics, polyclinics, nursing homes, and a crèche. This represents nearly 1,000 hospital beds and 1,000 nursing homes beds.
As the deal includes the accounting solution implementation, the litigation management, all of the purchasing process and the stock management, this is a huge new project for EASI.
Some 20 accountants, 20 buyers/logisticians and more than 1200 seekers and buyers will use our management tools.
All the system will be operational on January 1, 2018.
