Today is the System Administrator Appreciation Day! Whoop Whoop!
For the occasion, we welcomed our golden team today with nice little pink post-its all around their magic screens to congratulate them for their greatness because, I mean, that’s the least we can do.
Our team of System Administrators, and more specifically our Hotline team, absolutely deserves being put in the spotlight once a year. They are the men that keep our systems running, as well as the systems of our customers.
Every single day, they start their workday with a mailbox full of e-mails from customers, alerts from our monitoring systems and extranet tickets. And every single day, they keep up the rhythm of analysing, prioritising and treating all these tasks while in the meantime managing all types of internal requests from colleagues!
Needless to say that the workload of our Hotliners is rather heavy. And that their work has a huge impact on our customer satisfaction.
That's why, today, we want to honour them for the occasion of the worldwide SysAdminDay!
