Lecot-Raedschelders has been around for more than 150 years in construction and industry, as wholesaler for hardware, tools, and fastening technology. In addition to a wide range of products, Lecot-Raedschelders offers a range of logistic capabilities supported by a state of the art logistics process. New technology and innovation have also been the main driving force behind Lecot-Raedschelders for many years. The step to scanning systems and further optimization to our customers therefore turned out to be the next logical step.
To allow the logistics process between Lecot-Raedschelders and their customers to proceed as best as possible, they offer their customers different EDI solutions. This starts with a simple scan solution to quickly order articles via the web shop to a full EDI integration with the customer's logistics package. Recently a third solution was added, Pro Stock Manager.
Pro Stock Manager
Pro Stock Manager is the standard Mobile Stock solution of Adfinity. Pro Stock Manager in conjunction with the Purchase and Sales software of Adfinity, allows Lecot-Raedschelders' customers to manage their stock easily and efficiently. With a solid and reliable PDA, they can scan articles in their warehouse to add or remove these from their stock. If they want to reorder articles, it is sufficient to scan these with the PDA. Thanks to the full EDI interface between Lecot-Raedschelders' Mobile Stock Manager and the ERP system, orders are automatically routed and processed.
Order Control
Once the order is sent, this will be returned to Pro Stock Manager using the interface. The customer can scan his order on delivery and get an overview of his order. An indication per article states whether the number of delivered articles corresponds to the order. The user can enter any corrections here so that the correct number of articles can be included in stock.
Stock Control
Mobile Stock Manager allows the user to also manage its stock advanced. By setting minimum and maximum values of the stock, ordering is possible via daily replenishment. The system will make a proposal of the articles that need to be ordered to meet the desired values of the user.
Through the standard reports, the user has a quick overview of his current stock, for example, or what articles are ordered the most.
Available everywhere
Since the Pro Stock Manager runs in the Cloud2Be solution, the Lecot-Raedschelders customers have access to their application anywhere. The management interface allows the user to easily follow its open orders, to manage articles or additional orders.
The Pro Stock Manager offers Lecot-Raedschelders's medium-sized customers a solution to manage their stock correctly and efficiently. With the automation of their warehouse they can again focus on their core business so as to provide the best service to their customers again.
