The WRKCODAAUT program allows creating a command that processes these files, thus integrating banking data without manual intervention. **Detail Reopening** The robotization of detail reopening allows for easy management of the annual reopening. It is no longer necessary to manually perform this operation every morning in each environment. This feature is particularly useful for multi-environment clients and those with significant encoding volume. After creating a batch of invoices, simply click on the arrow next to "Confirm" and select "Confirmation (deferred)." This feature allows for error-free management of electronic invoices. ### **Automatic Reconciliation** The automatic reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices can be performed if the documents match based on the internal reference, known as "3-way match." If a match is not found, the accounting entry can still be created automatically, ensuring efficient entry into the accounts. ### Automatic Recalculation of VAT Declarations This feature allows for scheduling and automating the calculation of VAT declarations. In addition to automating the recalculation, all related prints for the declaration can also be generated and archived in document management.
