A property manager should be able to list and monitor all charges that are to be re-invoiced to the different tenants during the settlement of service charges. To do so, various documents must be included as attachments to the invoice so that each tenant can easily find their way through the administrative jungle! That is why Adfinity proposes a series of standard printouts.
Main Screen
There is now a main screen with the option to run printing.

Statement of service charges
This printout allows the listing of all invoices featured within the settlement period, grouped under a series of headings, then per service charge key.
Information such as the following shall thus be accessible:
- Document date
- Log file and attachment number
- Description of the service charge line
- Total amount to be apportioned
- VAT

Individual settlement of service charges
To ensure that the tenant can verify the various service charges re-invoiced to him/her, it is now possible to produce an individual settlement for all tenants.
As such, is will therefore be possible to compare the overall invoiced amounts per service charge with the details listed in this printout.
Information such as the following shall thus be accessible:
- Document date
- Log file and attachment number
- Description covering the apportionment
- Detailed amount apportioned
- VAT
