If you still have to manually check whether your suppliers have tax or social security debts, we will explain in this article how to make this process automatic thanks to Adfinity.
A number of our clients, particularly in the construction sector, are legally required to verify whether their suppliers have any tax or social security debts before payment.
It was already possible in Adfinity to carry out this check automatically, but you had to be a member of the "Confédération Construction" to do so.
This lack of access meant that, for each of their suppliers, users had to manually verify whether they had any debts, something that could quickly become tedious.
Verification without access to the Confédération Construction
Since version 1.7, Adfinity provides verification of withholding obligations without access to the Construction Confederation. In order to do this, Adfinity has interfaced with the web services of two bodies:
- The FPS Finance for tax debts
- The National Social Security Office for social security debts
How does it work?
Once the settings have been put in place, simply use the button provided in the payment batches to directly obtain a report listing the status of the debts of each of the companies in the batch.
This report, in addition to providing information relating to each company, will indicate the source of the data as well as the date and time of verification.
