Tacit renewals, occupancy periods, cost allocation keys… every detail matters, and yet over time, data entry becomes increasingly complex. Fortunately, we have the solution! It is precisely in this context that our Spoom consultants recently stepped in to support a client facing a well-known challenge: heterogeneous REM data, sometimes incomplete or inconsistent.
