The Sales Jury, what is it?

During 2 weeks, I offer you the opportunity to evaluate and develop your sales skills together.

You will have the opportunity to measure yourself against a jury composed of 3 of our Sales Managers. They will evaluate your sales skills and offer you numerous tips to help you boost your career. If your presentation convinces our jury, the contract is yours!

1st step: a few customary tests

We'll ask you to take a reasoning test as well as a test to evaluate your commercial capacities

2nd step: speed dating

30-minute Teams meeting with me.

3rd step : video sales pitch

Show us your power of persuasion in a video sales pitch on one of our products: Adfinity, SmartSales or our IT security solutions.

4th step: Sales Jury

Challenge yourself in front of our jury.

Step 5: Get your contract

If you have made it this far, all you have to do is sign your contract with EASI. Welcome!

Depending on the results, we will unfortunately have to part with some candidates after each step.
In any case, we are committed to giving complete and taboo-free feedback to each candidate so that he or she comes out of this experience with a sense of growth.
