Our choice leads us to the EMC² DataDomain 6800 system which offers a logical capacity of 43.2 PetaBytes of storage thanks to his huge compression and deduplication factors.
First of all he will keep the backups of our Safe2be for RBS clients safe.
As Cloud2be had already his own dedicated DataDomain systems for the regular backups, our newcomer will help his 2 little brothers to cope with the increasing new demands in terms of backup capacity.
