When moving to a cloud solution, an important question - independently of the costs - is how to know which added value this solution will bring to you.
Today, some advantages of cloud computing are well known, such as increased flexibility and scalability. But one of the most important advantages is, without any doubt, the gain in competitiveness for companies.
A recent study, published by the Harvard Business Review, "Cloud : Driving a faster, More connected business", revealed that 77% of companies that are using a cloud solution, have increased their competivitness. Even more, 40% of enterprises confirm that the cloud made them increase their revenue, and 36% say that also their margin has increased.
71% concluded that the cloud not only allowed them to decrease the costs, but also to improve the companies' reactivity and the internal collaboration.
Who says cloud computing, says also security. 39% of the companies revealed that the security of the company had not been decreased. On the contrary, in most of the cases, the security level was increased.
