Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, awarded us the "Great Place to Work" certificate for the 8th time in a row. What does this all mean, and is it the same as the Best Workplace award? We'll tell you more in this blog article.
Every year, a survey is conducted by the Great Place to Work Belgium institute in collaboration with the Vlerick Business School, among companies that wish to participate.
On the basis of this survey, the institute awards the "Great Place to Work" certificate to the most deserving companies.
What's unique is that the results are largely based on the opinions of the employees of the companies involved. They examine how they feel about trust, pride and collegiality in their company.
Did you know that when answering the survey, 100% of our colleagues said that they felt welcome when they joined Easi.
"For us, there is nothing more logical than making a new colleague feel welcome when he joins Easi", says Thomas Van Eeckhout, CEO of Easi.
"This translates into all sorts of initiatives and get-togethers for our new colleagues. For example, we all got together this summer for our annual Recognition Trip. It was a great way for us to meet the almost 100 new people we hired in 2021, and for them to feel the Easi's DNA they've heard so much about" continues Jean-François Herremans, also CEO at Easi.
The Best Workplace award, which we hope to receive for the 8th time in a row, is the next step.
Once you are recognized as a Great Place to Work, you'll need to submit your Culture Audit. After which a specific methodology is used to evaluate which top-performing company can be recognized as Best Workplace.
See you on March 15th to find out who will become Best Workplace!
