Adfinity adjusts itself after the Windows 10 Creator 1073 update

We have recently noticed that the new Microsoft Windows 10 update triggers a critical anomaly in EASI Financials/Adfinity.

The new version makes it impossible to print documents from EASI Financials/Adfinity.

The Windows update in question is for Windows 10 Creator 1703, released on 11/04/2017.

Our development team has investigated this anomaly and put a patch in place for all versions 5 of EASI Financials.

If one of your users has a computer that has installed this Windows update, we recommend installing the patch, regardless of which version you are using.

What to do if you are affected

1. Download the zip file from the English FAQ section on our extranet (my.easi.net): the document is called "Troubleshooting PDF (wd170prn.dll)"
2. Extract the file called "wd170prn.dll" and copy it into the "900_Maj Exe" folder on the server.
3. Close EASI Financials / Adfinity. If you cannot copy the file to the server, you can replace it in your EASI Financials installation folder on your computer locally.
4. Open EASI / AdFinity again
