Give an online access to invoices to your colleagues

Adfinity allows to non-Adfinity users to consult the clients/suppliers invoices via an online platform. Simple and user-friendly.
You can specify the access by user :

• Full access to the members of the direction
• Access to customer invoices for the sales rep
• Access to invoices by project/building site/department for the managers
• …

Your collaborators can consult the invoices with a lot of filters and sortings :

• Customers/suppliers/...
• Analytical axes (department, project, ...)
• General accounts
• Period (from... to...)
• Invoicing status (open, paid, partially paid)
• ...
