Adfinity allows to non-Adfinity users to consult the clients/suppliers invoices via an online platform. Simple and user-friendly.
You can specify the access by user :
- Full access to the members of the direction
- Access to customer invoices for the sales rep
- Access to invoices by project/building site/department for the managers
- …
Your collaborators can consult the invoices with a lot of filters and sortings :
- Customers/suppliers/...
- Analytical axes (department, project, ...)
- General accounts
- Period (from... to...)
- Invoicing status (open, paid, partially paid)
- ...
