In version 2.6 of Adfinity, we’re introducing a brand-new real estate development module, fully integrated with the accounting and purchasing modules. Our goal? As always, to automate as many processes as possible.
This new module is perfectly tailored to meet the needs of all stakeholders involved in a real estate development project. It covers every key stage — from deed entry and budget tracking to the validation of construction phases that trigger invoicing.
Creating a sales deed becomes easy, with all the flexibility needed regarding buyers, deed status, billing type, applicable indexation, and more.
Once the sales deed is entered and validated, Adfinity automatically generates all related sales documents, taking into account:
- the defined allocation key, including the proportions and dates of the construction phases;
- the buyers and the share assigned to each of them in relation to the total purchase amount;
- the date of the deed, to ensure invoicing complies with the Breyne Law or, for already completed phases, invoicing via the notary (separate workflows).
The review of generated sales documents and final invoices is made easier thanks to quick-access buttons that allow for fast consultation.

The project manager can easily validate a construction phase to trigger invoicing via a web interface. They also have the option to adjust the invoicing date — either bringing it forward or postponing it — depending on the project's unforeseen circumstances.
Invoicing can then be launched automatically.
