As part of its intention to offer more and more services to its customers, Adfinity has evolved and offers a couple of new features. Discover them here.
1. Company WEB
As part of its intention to offer more and more services to its clients, Adfinity has just adopted a new service, completely integrated within the application: CompanyWEB. When you take a subscription to CompanyWEB, this service will enable you to check numerous pieces of information on your suppliers and clients at any time.
CompanyWeb provides you with information such as:
- Profitability
- Payment ability
- Risks of closing down
- An inter-company comparative tool
- ...
Adfinity is also able to offer you this service to allow you to do the searches you want, and all without leaving Adfinity.
2. Advanced cross-referencing management
In its latest version, Adfinity enables you to simplify the cross-referencing of your open invoices even further.
It is in effect possible to select different invoices which you want to cross-reference directly from the account browsing screen.
Only the three lines selected will thus appear on the screen.
3. Simplified browsing screens
In order to give you even more fluid navigation, EASI has reviewed some of the application's screens.
The aim of the screens is to give you a more simple view of the various stages which make up your purchases, for example.
Previously, these various stages could be found in a drop-down menu. Today we wanted to generalise the use of tabs, as we have done in our web portal, for example.
See an example purchase below: The three stages are next to each other. This means you can have access to documents quickly and simply in one click.
No more need to go through a drop-down menu!
In the same way that we reviewed our accounts browsing screen in our previous version, we have also reviewed the screen in our PSM application.
The philosophy remains the same, namely a clearer, simplified screen.
We now leave it up to users to be able to select the fields that they want to see appear when browsing through the addition of filtering.
