You'vre read it right: our Adfinity cunsultants have returned to school for the Adfinity School.
This is a series of trainings about our accounting software's features. The goal is to update our junior consultants about all the features and configurations of our accounting software. The first edition of the Adfinity school took place one year ago and resultat in a number of detailed documentations about our solution. Together, they are now called "the Bible" internally (more than 1.300 pages of documentation).
This year, the Adfinity school was organized again, and 15 consultants, including myself, received 13 full days of training from Benjamin en Vincent (both product experts) and David and Joachim (both project managers).
All modules of the solution were discussed:
- accounting
- purchase- and sales management
- stock management
- fixed assets management
- web access
- reporting
... only to name a few.
The famous Bible was as well updated.
But that's not all!
All consultants that followed the Adfinity School have had to pass a certification exam: a 5 hours exam during which we needed to resolve 10 case studies. I can assure you this caused us some stress :-).
And the results?
The results are not known yet, but so far, nobody received the fatal phone call :-).
The third run of the Adfinity School is already being set up, because our team continues to grow. Our new consultants will pass through the same training traject to be able to deliver the best service to our customers.
