Thursday, October 10, 2019 - Nivelles - EASI has acquired shares in the Swiss company Soluware, which distributes two of its software products, SmartSales and Adfinity. The AWEX Explort program has contributed to this new partnership, but this new collaboration is also the result of a common philosophy.
EASI's growth in the coming years will require internationalisation and the increase from 250 to 500 employees, but not in any way. "We want to develop internationally based on the values that EASI supports. We have found in Soluware a partner close to our philosophy, so EASI has decided to invest" explains Nicolas Dewandre, Managing Partner at EASI. Nicolas Schenk is delighted to share the same values because "the product aspect is important, but the common philosophy both in terms of work, customer support and personnel management is essential. I have confidence in this new collaboration. »
