Easi is joining forces with iXpole.
iXpole is a cloud based ecosystem offering a whole range of services to automate and optimise all VIP hospitality and sponsorship services.
Right before the pandemic, Easi and iXpole realized a first successful integration between Easi’s accounting and financial management software, Adfinity, and the iXpole platform. In a next phase, both companies intend to extend this partnership to Easi’s field sales application, SmartSales.
With these integrations iXpole and Easi allow sports clubs or event organizations to seamlessly automate all B2B operations from A to Z.
The customer can use SmartSales to automate all pre-sales and sales processes: prospection, funnel management, sales follow up, … Once a customer is interested iXpole seamlessly takes offer to manage the entire B2B customer journey: contract management, hospitality management, matchday operations, ticketing and -most importantly- full VIP self-service. Finally, iXpole can hand over to Adfinity to manage the invoicing, payments, and dunning.
