As you may know, there is strong competition on the accounting and ERP applications market. In this sense, customer satisfaction and a positive image are of inestimable value.
To accomplish this, EASI invests strongly in its solutions, personnel and organisation. With quite a few new references in 2015, Adfinity strengthened its position on the market and it is clear that the above strategy pays off.
In this article we put some of these new clients under the spotlight.
- The first was Optima who was looking for a new high-performance accounting software within which their traditional activities as a financial planner and their remaining banking operations could be integrated in an efficient manner. Key elements in this issue are the integration with their in-house software systems, taking care of the complex reporting and the digital approval of invoices and order forms.
- A second reference is Lecot-Raedschelders. Their activities include the distribution of hardware and tools, to joinery and structural work. In partnership with EASI, they offer their customers an out-of-the-box ERP solution. So their customers can manage their stock easily, using PDA scanners, and place orders directly via an EDI interface. With this innovative project, Lecot-Raedschelders display their distinctive character.
- Another reference is the ACLVB, the Liberal Trade Union of Belgium. They have been working with our Document Management and CRM solutions for years. They have further confirmed their trust in us in the middle of last year by moving on to Adfinity. Important aspects in this project are the management of the complex multi company structure, inter company bookings and consolidation. Another advantage is the ability to easily get started with the Qlik Business Intelligence thanks to the Qlik-connector developed by EASI.
- Then we have Viangro, their mission is the production and distribution of meat-based meal components. Viangro aspires to be the 'leader' in Belgium and a 'challenger' on the European market of the food service and retail. Viangro has among other things opted for EASI because of the possibilities of digitization and integrated OCR technology. The latter allows you to scan invoices and do an automated booking.
- Last but certainly not least is the Gezinsbond, they were looking for a modern high performance application in which the integration with the Bondswinkel (a SharePoint Web application) is of great importance. In addition, electronic invoicing and work flows are also crucial aspects in this file.
With a lot of recent new colleagues and vacancies, the best is yet to come.
