Checklists inside conversations
From this version onward, you can create and manage checklists within a Rooftop conversation. From quick to-do lists to full procedures, everything stays neatly organized in one place.
When a task requires additional follow-up, it can be converted into a sub-conversation. The task then gets its own full conversation for further tracking, while remaining linked to the main task.
And we’re already working on the next step: in a future version, you’ll be able to insert predefined checklists in just a few clicks!
Additional improvements for greater efficiency
Alongside the major new features, Rooftop V2.4.0 also includes several refinements:
- Use @mentions to quickly add a contact to an email or comment and notify colleagues.
- Align the Toolbar at the top, bringing the interface even closer to Outlook.
- Set a default font and text size, automatically applied to new emails and comments.
