Now available, the SmartExpense app allows you to digitize and simplify expense report management, while integrating seamlessly with your Adfinity environment. Accessible from a smartphone or tablet, this app supports you in your daily tasks—whether you're on the go or at the office.

An intuitive user experience

Thanks to a clean and user-friendly interface, entering an expense takes only a few seconds.

Users can instantly :

• Take a photo of a receipt,
• Select the type of expense,
• Fill in the required fields,
• Track the reimbursement status in real time.
  
  

Expense entry is assisted: depending on the selected expense type, the app guides the user through the necessary information, while providing contextual tips.

Smooth and secure management

SmartExpense is built on secure authentication, compatible with Azure AD and supporting two-factor authentication. Administrators can configure specific permissions by user profile and manage multiple Adfinity environments.

Data entered in SmartExpense is automatically synchronized with Adfinity, and integration with approval workflows ensures full consistency with your existing processes.

Approval tracking and transparency

Every step of the approval process is traceable. Users are notified at each status change (submitted, approved, rejected, or reimbursed). If an expense is rejected, the reason is provided directly within the app, ensuring full transparency in decision-making.

The SmartExpense dashboard offers a real-time overview of expenses that are pending, under review, or completed. Approval rules can be configured based on hierarchical levels, amounts, expense types, or analytical axes.

Integrated Documentation

The Documentation tab allows administrators to upload their internal procedures, making them directly accessible to all users within the app.
