In this article, I'm going to summarise the most important new features of version 4.1 of SmartSales. This new version, published on the evening of September 13th, will be available to our users from September 14th, 2023.
The evolution of DashboardsWe are planning a major overhaul of the SmartSales home screen, to include a large number of new features to extend its field of application.
Among the most exciting new features is the ability to create multiple web dashboards and share them with other users.
We also plan to make it possible to transform a customised list of other modules (customers, catalogues, orders, etc.) into a widget that can be used in a Dashboard.
Other extensions are also planned, including
- extended page layout management, with fewer display restrictions
- more data sources for graphical widgets and extended filtering capabilities
- the ability to customise the two axes of the graph (X and Y) and display records by period, product, customer and user.
- ... and much more!
A new module: SmartHub, our B2B Extranet
A major new feature will be added in the next version of SmartSales: the Extranet module. This functionality is designed specifically for B2B needs, enabling your customers to place offers and orders on the web.
In addition, they will have access to the catalogue, customer records and contact persons, providing a complete platform for seamless collaboration.
