SmartSales v3.11 : what's new?

I unveil in this article the main new features of the v3.11 of SmartSales: in the Web Manager or on mobile. This new version of SmartSales will be available on 24/02. We hope that this first update of 2022 will please you.

1) What's new in the Web Manager

1.1 Catalog in "thumbnail" mode

Version 3.11 of the Web Manager now allows you to view your catalog in a "thumbnail" mode (like on mobile devices).

You can also place orders directly from the catalog. A bit like on your favorite e-commerce site.

The old presentation mode (list) remains available.

1.2 Simplified export of lists to Excel 

Remember, exporting lists to Excel could sometimes be a pain. Now, it's a thing of the past!

The new version of SmartSales, allows you to export to Excel the content of the Web Manager directly from the lists. 

After selecting the necessary entries (from any list), you can export them directly to Excel.

Of course, for privacy reasons, you can disable this feature.

1.3 Redesign of the home screen 

Find on the home screen of the Web Manager the same widgets present in the mobile interfaces.

Filter them easily according to your needs (by users, by customers, by date, etc.) and get the most relevant information for you at a glance.

1.4 Redesign of the import / export

There are also some new features regarding the import/export functionality: 

• Added classification of import and export configurations by categories. 
• Notification in case of success or failure.
• More exportable fields.
• Management of "Or" conditions in the filters.
• Multiple export of the same data type.

1.5 Improved security

No more passwords like: 123456.

The version 3.11 of SmartSales now manages the complexity of your passwords to ensure a better security of your user accounts.

An indicator will tell you if your password is strong enough.

2) What's new on smartphones?

2.1 Viewing documents on Android

Thanks to this update, you will be able to consult your documents from your Android smartphone.

2.2 Viewing analytical reports on a smartphone

View all your reports and analytics widgets on your smartphone. 

This new feature will be available directly on iOS smartphones. It will become available on Android phones in mid-March.

3) New visual identity

The visual identity of SmartSales is also changing. I hope you'll appreciate this new logo and these new colors as much as we do ;-).
