In this article, I'll recap the most important new features in SmartSales V4.0. This new version will be released on February 9th in the evening, and available for our users as from February 10th.
A new module: MyTeam
Team supervision will be easier than ever thanks to the brand new module called MyTeam! This module will allow sales managers to have a clear and easy view on how their sales reps are doing.
This module, available in our web manager, will allow the creation of counters or objectives related to activities that all SRs - or a part of them - will have to reach for a defined period.
The number of visit reports, the amount or volume of orders, the number of appointments... are examples of indicators that managers will be able to exploit to follow efficiently the activity of their teams.
A particular focus could be put on certain customers or certain important products, to ensure more targeted follow-up.
A ranking list will provide comparison list between sales reps in order to ensure macro-management of the teams, while a follow-up view, based on key indicators such as orders and visit reports compared to the SRs' agenda, will allow detailed monitoring of their activity as micro-management.
Some standard KPIs will facilitate the comparison of the activity with the results of the previous year, at the same period or in Year-To-Date mode.
This web module will see its mobile counterpart arriving mid-2023.
A particular focus was put on the Android smartphone and tablet app to ensure a better user experience. Improved stability of the app, increased readability, reviewed UX... are included as improvements of this release.
The new Infobox module will already recieve new features such as the ability to dynamically define default values of fields, the catalog segmentation in the product selection attributes, the extension of the customer context in the web product sheets... Great improvements to take even better advantage of this incredible module!
