Improvements in the OCR : recognize an analytical field
Our integrated OCR-system allows you to encode your invoices in a clap and is still in progress. Our character recognition tool obviously finds the classical fields necessary for the encoding of an invoice in financial accounting. One of the objectives could be the automatic feeding of an analytical axis.
For example, you receive an invoice with a numberplate. Our system will automatically complete your analytical axis "numerplate" or "person".
The second example is very clear for the real estate sector : automatically recognising the EAN code on an energy bill. The EAN code matches to a meter inevitably linked to a building. Adfinity will be able to recognise this code and to complete automatically your analytical axis "building".
Adfinity reinforces the legal documents for France
If you realise the accounting of a luxembourg, belgian, of french company, EASI provides you most of the necessary tools to perfectly answer to the legal obligations.
In this new version, we mainly strengthened our legal documents for France with the DAS2 and the FEC.
Adfinity prepares the file for accounting entries (FEC) to send to the French tax authorities. This file is somehow the equivalent of the FAIA for Luxembourg.
Concerning DAS2, it corresponds to the fees statement. You will be able to print it directly in the official format with Adfinity.
