Just over a year ago, I was writing to you that the Adfinity team was experiencing strong growth. Then, we were 29 people dedicated to the development and implementation of our accounting and financial management solution for medium-sized businesses, Adfinity.
This year, our sales team has again beaten record sales! We must therefore be able to serve our clients over the next few years with a quality that meets their expectations. Thank you also to all our clients for the trust that you place in us on a day-to-day basis.
Throughout 2015, we have once more managed to grow the team significantly. But, above all, we have built the foundations to be able to absorb this growth in a healthy and structured way over the next few years.
Amongst other things, we have created the Adfinity School. An intensive one-month course which is both technical and functional. It will allow us to train our new recruits quickly, but above all maximise our level of quality for our clients.
Today, we have 37 consultants who participate in the development and implementation of the solution for our clients and we will not stop there. In effect, for the Adfinity solution, EASI is envisaging hiring an average of 1.5 full-time equivalent personnel per month until the end of 2016!
