Last summer, IBM Domino and Notes suite have been acquired by HCL. This transfer still has its consequences for getting support for these products.  If you want to know where to find the software downloads and how to get support, please read further!

So you are using IBM Domino or Notes products and now that HCL has officially acquired this product suite, you are a bit lost.

Please find some detailed information about getting support and finding the downloads.

Support cases

You can create a support ticket on this website: https://hclpnpsupport.hcltech.com/csm

You first have to create a user for this website. You will need the information about your 'IBM Partnership' (IBM customer number)

Software downloads

Software patches are still available from IBM Fix Central but it's not updated anymore. IBM Notes 9.0.1 FP10 IF5 is the latest Interim Fix Available. On HCL site you can find newer updates.

All recent software downloads, Interim fixes and Fix Packs can be found on https://hclsoftware.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

(The login is the same as the support site login.)

IBM Software Access Catalog: all IBM Domino and Notes related downloads seem to be removed.

Knowledge base

Some of the official IBM Support articles on internet are not available anymore. This is also the case with the IBM Domino System Requirements Matrix

Please refer to the alinea hereunder for system requirements. HCL Support stated that the links will be repaired.
